Privacy policy regarding the processing of personal data pursuant to Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR)

The personal data entered in the REQUEST INFORMATION form are processed for the purpose of managing the requests of the users and providing them with the requested information through communications which will be sent directly by the establishment / organiser of the holiday selected by the user.

The legal basis of the processing is the performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR).

The provision of such data is optional but failure to provide it will make it impossible to respond to the request of the user.

The personal data transmitted by the user will be shared with the establishment/organiser of the holiday selected by the user which will provide the requested information by sending a specific communication via email.

If the aforementioned purpose makes it is necessary to transfer the personal data of the user to a non-European country, the Data Controller shall enter into agreements which guarantee an adequate level of protection.

The user’s personal data will be processed by electronic means and/or in written form on paper for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected. Appropriate security measures are taken to prevent data loss, illicit or improper use and unauthorised access.

Except when required by law, personal data shall not be communicated nor disclosed to third parties.

In accordance with Article 15 et seq of the GDPR, the data subject may request access to the personal data, the rectification or cancellation of the same, limit or object to its processing. In case of infringement of any rights, the data subject can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR) or seek judicial remedy (Article 79 of the GDPR)
