Information on the processing of personal data for your privacy
The data entered into the form CUSTOMER DATA are processed for the purpose of managing the concerned reservation requests, or arrange the use of tourism services included in vacation and / or offered by the accommodation selected in the period indicated.
The legal basis of the treatment is the execution of a contract (art. 6 of GDPR 1.b.).
The provision of data is optional, but the refusal to supply result in the inability to go further with the request.
The contact information will be used only in order to communicate with the person concerned in relation to selected services.
The Data Controller does not deal with the transitions of payment made by the person by means of the credit cards indicated, and the communication of the data communicated by the payment in the moment in which this is carried out takes place on special protected lines.
The personal data will be transmitted to / and structure / and receptive / and that will deliver the services included in the proposal selected by the individual. If, for the declared purpose, be necessary to transfer personal data of the person concerned in a country outside Europe, the Data Controller is committed to enter into agreements that ensure an adequate level of protection.
Personal data will be processed electronically and / or on paper, for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect use, and unauthorized access.
Except where required by law, the data is not further disclosed to third parties or disseminated.
