The historic farm complex now houses 8 exclusive rooms, a bathing bio-lake naturally purified of microflora and microfauna, surrounded by parasols and sun loungers, and 40 hectares of gardens, vineyards, hazelnut trees, olive trees and a lush forest. Guests can follow a poetic sensorial route along all the paths crossing the estate, either on foot or by bicycle, experiencing moments in close contact with nature during which they can jot down emotions and thoughts in a notebook.
The holiday becomes a harmonious experience to be enjoyed slowly, combining the stay with the discovery of traditional wines and flavours, which come to life from the raw materials of the biodynamic farm.

I Cacciagalli Wine Resort has only 8 rooms and suites. The spaces of the old farmhouse have been redeveloped while maintaining intact the typical architectural elements of the area, such as the Teano tuff walls and chestnut wood beams. The rooms are located in the historic buildings, specifically the former granary and the former storehouse, and perfectly combine modern comfort and tradition.

The food is processed with respect and awareness, and the kitchen becomes a laboratory of ideas in which to experiment and rework traditional dishes through a new and innovative interpretation.
