Agriturismo Fiores is a small, family-run establishment, immersed in the enchantment of the Trentino Dolomites.
Nature welcomes you even in the interiors, designed with materials rich in energy: natural wood and glass, which combine to welcome and guard. The warmth and scent of wood envelops the entire structure, where the quality of the air is kept constant thanks to the Controlled Mechanical Ventilation which is active 24 hours a day.
All rooms have a view of the splendid Dolomites, with a large private balcony or livable outdoor space. There is no TV in the rooms, so you can disconnect from your "daily city life" and enjoy nature to the full, enjoying the beautiful landscapes.
The breakfast is exquisitely zero km, made with local delicacies and self[-]produced ingredients, such as wheat and buckwheat flour that we grow in our own fields.
The hospitality nature of EcoGreen Fiores Agriturismo
We are a certified Bio farm.
The farm is built entirely of wood, the heating is pellet, the hydroelectric energy is produced by a private consortium. We have a cistern for the recovery of rainwater that we use in the field, all the lights are led and we carry out the separate collection of rubbish.

The Cuisine
For breakfast you can enjoy homemade cakes made from wheat and buckwheat flour that we grow in our own fields, as well as local delicacies and a selection of products for coeliacs and lactose intolerant people. Here you are literally in the "herb kingdom": so at breakfast you only get our herbal teas and not tea bags. Even the jams are produced by us, with fruit from Trentino farmers and the addition of our herbs. |
