In our restaurant we exclusively use organic food. The chefs transform the ingredients with creativity into delicious gourmet dishes able to satisfy even the most refined tastes.
All rooms and areas have been built in compliance with the principles of sustainable building. The rooms feature soundproof walls and have been designed to block any electromagnetic pollution.
In the wellness area we only use natural products, also coming from our range of cosmetics.

The motto of our chef Domenico Savino is “back to the roots” to highlight the value of the ancient methods of preparing dishes, capable of preserving the natural taste of food. Authentic flavours, also thanks to the fresh herbs from our 300 sqm garden. VEGETARIAN VEGAN, LOW-CARB Having alternative eating habits should not be a burden when you are on holiday. On the contrary, it can be an opportunity for you to try unique delicious dishes. FOOD INTOLERANCES AND ALLERGIES Anyone with food intolerances or allergies is welcome here. Myriam Theiner is a nutrition expert with very clear ideas about which dishes to offer to our guests. You can send your requests even before the start of your holiday. We will be very happy to arrange everything for you in advance to ensure that you have a truly relaxing holiday. OUR SUPPLIERS Would you like to know where the food used to prepare the appetising delicacies of our restaurant comes from? Depending on the season, part of it is harvested in our family farm, the Bergerhof. We get the bread from Ultner Beck. Some of our organic wines come from two certified wineries, Demeter Alois Lageder and St. Quirinus. We buy the cheese from the Englhorn dairy of Venosta, while we buy the coffee from the Schreyögg roasting company of Merano, Finally, all our meat is supplied by Juffinger, an organic butcher, and the eggs by the BioPur company of Aldino. If we still need something, we get it from selected sustainable partners. |
