An old farmhouse built in stone, wood and terracotta, which originally was a 14th century monastery. La Cerqua overlooks the Carpina Valley and is located in the beautiful scenery of the Forest of Pietralunga in Upper Umbria. It is surrounded by a 60-hectare organic farm which produces most of the products used in the internal restaurant: flour, meats, fruit and vegetables.
