Reserving your sustainable holiday with Ospitalità Natura is really simple. If you have any doubts, want to use an employee discount or a NaturaSì travel voucher and do not know how you can use them, you will find below the answers which will help to reserve your holiday in just a few clicks.
How can I reserve my holiday accommodation?
It is very easy to book your sustainable holiday on Ospitalità Natura. You only need to select a hotel then choose a room suitable for you and finally confirm your choice.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Making a reservation on Ospitalità Natura is free! You are only asked to enter your card details as part of the booking process. When you check in at the establishment you selected, you will be asked to confirm your card and only then the payment will be authorised.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes. Use the reservation code to access the reserved area in the portal and the system will automatically show you the option to cancel your reservation. Depending on the cancellation policies of the establishment, you may be asked to pay a penalty.
I am a NaturaSì customer and I have some travel vouchers. How can I use them?
You can use up to four NaturaSì travel vouchers for your reservation. Enter the code in the corresponding field at the end of the booking process and you will see the discounted price.
I used a NaturaSì travel voucher, but I have decided to cancel my reservation. Will the voucher still be valid?
No. A NaturaSì travel voucher which has been used is no longer valid, even if you later cancel your reservation.
I have a discount voucher from the company where I work. How can I use it?
To use an employee discount voucher, first you need to select a hotel. Then at the end of the booking process, before confirming, you must enter your discount voucher.
