The name ‘Soreie’, which means ‘Sun’ in Ladin, reflects the anthroposophical philosophy. At the farm, which uses natural cultivation methods, vegetables, small fruits and cereals are grown and used to prepare breakfasts. In addition, the breeding of about 70 goats and sheep allows the production of cheese and yoghurt in the small farm dairy.

The strategic position of the Agritur Soreie allows you to easily explore the Val di Fassa and the majestic Dolomites, to immerse yourself in landscapes of authentic charm and to enjoy numerous outdoor activities including skiing, thanks to its proximity to the Catinaccio, Buffaure and Alpe Lusia ski lifts.

The hospitality nature of Agritur Soreie

We favour farming using natural methods, following an approach that considers the farm as a unique organism, in which each element interacts harmoniously with the surrounding environment. Fertilisation is carried out through the use of compost prepared according to specific procedures and the application of natural preparations based on medicinal plants, aimed at improving soil and crop quality.

This sustainable and natural method not only reduces dependence on chemicals, but also promotes the production of food that nourishes both body and spirit, ensuring an agricultural experience in tune with nature.

For more than 10 years we have been producing only quality food: vegetables, small fruits - also used for jams - barley and wheat are grown naturally and available according to season.

Every morning begins with an experience among the authentic flavours of the Val di Fassa. At the Agritur Soreie they bake cakes, homemade sweets and fresh bread, prepared with flour obtained from cereals grown on the farm, to be enriched with jams made by hand using the small seasonal fruits. Even the dairy products, such as yoghurt and cheese, come directly from the small in-house dairy, so you taste genuine, zero-mileage goodness. If you love savoury food, selected Trentino cold cuts, local honey, fresh fruit and muesli are available. You can accompany your breakfast with home-made elderberry syrups and apple juices, fragrant coffee – served strictly with a mocha! – and, on request, creamy cappuccinos made with the farm’s fresh milk.
